I can’t use a single skin, even steve

I love using custom skins that I make on different apps but when I join the server it ether kicks me saying its not right or makes me Alex. I even tried some of Minecraft’s skins, Steve, squid, cat, ect and none worked, plz help

Did you update the new version? (1.16, 1.14) try do that if you didnt, and see if it works. Or try using skinseed (it's an app for MC skins) or remember your skin is saved (double check it)

Never heard about this problem before but you can try these methods that came up in my mindIdk if they'll work)
1)Try transferring your custom skins from the different apps that you're using to skinseed, it's a famous mc app where you can share/save skins. Transfer your skins there, save them and use them on mc, try login to bl and see if it works.
2) It's a very basic method but maybe try and refresh your mc application, don't uninstall and install it back, just refresh it and see if your problem is solved.
3) If those 2 methods didn't work then just play like you usually do and be patient, maybe your problem will be fixed by itself over time.
If those 3 methods didn't work then I'm sorry, I suggest you talking to a staff member and see what they can do for you.

Yeah, I think he needs to update Minecraft if he hasn't already.

This sometimes happens to me whenever my Wi-Fi is really bad. It takes a while for the skin to load.

Restarting your device is another method.

I don't think he needs to update his minecraft, because if he didn't, he wouldn't be able to join the server since brokenlens only supports version 1.15 to v.1.16.1 IF i'm not mistaking. He's also on pe so I don't think it's also a question of him downdating his mc.
I might be wrong though.

Only thing I can recommend you now is just be patient and let your bug fix by itself over time‍Or contact a staff member about this, my apologies that my methods didn’t work
