I can’t login into my account on brokenlens says my password is wrong but it is not

this is another friend saying the same thing I looked and looked for screenshots and I couldn’t find any anywhere I really tried everything please let me reset it or everything I worked on will be gone ;( @ssunsett @_PineappleDeath_

Always I know someone hacked me because on the picture I showed u this one

it says my crew is TheFlareCrew But i created a crew named MoonNightWolfPack and I’m the leader on that crew so I know someone hacked me and changed it you can even look my name XxAnastasiaxX is on that crew because I made it that is also proof that it is my account @ssunsett @_PineappleDeath_

I’ve temporarily banned your account till we find more evidence it’s yours. But at least nobody can’t join your account anymore.
What evidence do u need my friends will tell u it in my account my family would as well like this is NOT OK that someone gets to play on MY ACCOUNT and no one is doing anything to stop them or help me get my account back for that matter if I have gone through this much pain and trouble for MY account don’t u think it is mine!!

also I could always ask Vertx to check if your forums and server account are connected but he’s extremely busy at the moment so that could take weeks.
How many times do we have ask you questions for you to properly answer them.. we absolutely cannot and will not reset your password without actual evidence you own the account. While we understand your frustration and concern you can’t blame us whenever it’s you who doesn’t have proof on your account. We’ve tried helping you many times and still are trying to.
If you don’t find any proof we could ask the owner to check if your ips are connected but that would take long, would you be okay with waiting or?

I’m not blaming anyone but it will be sad if I can not get my account back because I don’t have proof I never thought this would happen so I didn’t think I would need it but sense I don’t have any could u ask Vertex so I may have my account back anything I will do anything I don’t mind how long it takes just please do something for me

The only choice you have now is to wait for vertx to check your IP. It may take a while but if you’re the true owner of the account then it’s worth the wait. But next time keep a screenshot of those things that Maddie said just in case it happens again! :)
