I can’t login into my account on brokenlens says my password is wrong but it is not

We have to be very careful with password resets. We have to be sure that you are the owner from the account.
Maybe you can send us a “welcome back” message with your anabaker13, then we can check if your IP match with your other account.

I can get into this account because it is my Xbox live account name which has the same password as my XxAnastasiaxX

Network meaning wifi or something cuz I’m at my dads idk what else to do it is my account! My Xbox account AnaBaker13 is connected to XxAnastasiaxX I know it is because it has been for years and my email is connected to that account

I wish you would believe me when I say it is my account I have been trying to apply for staff even for 2 years so I don’t lie about my account that I have worked very hard on!! Yes I understand you need my account to be approved it is mine but it is I have had that account sense 2015 and it was called Bakergirl till I changed it so please do something for me to get MY account back because it is mine and I don’t want to lose it @ssunsett

nope.. sorry lovely, maybe try creating another one since you’re there? If it’s the same WiFi / Xbox you always use it should automatically pop up.

What do u mean automatically pop up the only other account is level 3 AnaBaker13 and my XxAnastasiaxX is level 800 something and has my emerald rank what am I supposed to do just start over like nothing happened when that is my account I just need to reset my password ;(

Do you have the order ID for your emerald rank? It should be in the email Brlns sent whenever you bought the item. Do you have any screenshots of old wins or chats? Are you apart of the Brlns discord or are you logged into the beta website?

also I could always ask Vertx to check if your forums and server account are connected but he’s extremely busy at the moment so that could take weeks.

Are you sure? If the email isn’t deleted you should be able to search for it your emails itself. It depends if the screenshots came from you on your account or not but you could try I suppose, maybe try looking through all your convos / chats first and be sure you’ve never asked for a password reset password or have any screenshots laying around somewhere. ^u^

I don’t have the email Because my friend bought my emerald rank for me and I got a new phone so my photos are all gone

Maybe you have screenshots you’ve sent friends on discord? You could try looking for photos through discord’s search option.

If you don’t find any proof we could ask the owner to check if your ips are connected but that would take long, would you be okay with waiting or?

I can look to see if I sent any screenshots but how do I do that on discord?

it should look something like this, it’ll be at the top right corner and have ‘search’ you can search for specific words, sayings, screenshots, etc. sorry the picture is bad btw - I got it off google since I use discord on the website I don’t have the option to show you myself - if I remember correctly though you have to go to the specific chat with whichever friend you know you’ve sent screenshots to
