I can’t join BrokenLens??

I try to join the server, but it will not work. I exit out the app to try again and I deleted the server and made it again, but it still won’t work. I press it and it says locating server. I try on my friends account and it lets her join. I think I got banned, but I don’t know what I did wrong! I really don’t want to lose everything I had so much and I’m so sad right now.

I still can’t join and I waited a long time. I logged into another account and I was able to join, but idk why I can’t log on with my regular account. It doesn’t show I’m banned or anything. It shows I can join other servers. I don’t want to lose everything on my account
