On the app I purchased the emerald rank but I haven't received anything in game and on the server in discord I haven't been upgraded to emerald rank, pls help

Take a pic of your receipt (should be in email) and convo with a staff

Make sure you put in the correct in-game username. If you didn't than it's a possible chance you just bought it for another user. And I agree with Strel take a picture of the receipt and convo with a staff member. Also, if you just recently bought it, it takes a minute to load into the actual server itself. I bought Gold for a friend and they didn't receive it until 6 minutes into the game. Wait some time and see if it actually loads in for you. If it takes over 10-15 min I'd report/inform it to the staff. Hope this helps!
