Solved I believe that UGOLEK_ also known as Dueohyeah123 has the magical power of teleportation.

Reasons: I'm pretty sure flight and teleportation are not means of transportation that the server condones.

Additional Notes: I was having a conversation of sorts with the user to see if I can figure out their motives for cheating out of curiosity and this user claimed that they were apparently using their brother's account.
Hopefully this video is good even if it's a little longer than the other reports I have filed earlier.
This will be the last report I will file tonight as it's really late where I'm at.

By the way, you don’t have to make a report with this much information. You can see the report format on a pinned thread at the top of the forums.
Also XBox username and server username are two different things and can be very different (even if players usually use the same)
