Yes, I had tried it but my question is: Is there someone playing in this server using your wifi? Because it seems that your username is unbanned but your IP isn't. I cannot unban you if someone is banned, using your wifi.

Yes I also play on my second device with same username and my brother has used the wifi but now he can't use the same wifi his username was goblin guy.
