If you cant join brlns, install blocklauncher and Dont use any mod/hack.
it works the problem also happened to me.
brlns made it no longer bannable because many players cant join.

i would assume its like the netflix app if u start something and press the home button then it continues playin in a corner of the screen

altho ive only done this with netflix so im not sure (im probly wrong so ... xD)
