Sorry about that, sometimes players try to over help on the forums. What he meant is what version of MCPE are you using. Since the last MCPE update added new skin packs users on 1.1.3 cannot see anyone with skin packs from 1.1.4

Hazard, I don't know about this but when i was in 1.1.3. There was always a skin that seem like glitchy. The skin was like when your TV brokes and gets all blurrie. And i thought that the skins from 1.1.4 were tjose ones, but because i was in 1.1.3 i couldn't see them and they were like that.
