Thank you for your appeal and realising your mistake but it's one thing to say something like that and another to mean it. While searching deeper into your profile, I have found that you have been reported for the same use of jump hacks on at least one other account.

If you are truly sorry then I suggest you wait and I'll unban you in 3 days to ensure you've learnt your lesson. Also, remember that I can see if you try and evade your ban and if I find you doing that, you are banned permanently. Does that sound fair?
