Today 3rd of August I was banned for 30 days. I am not a hacker, I was just playing and I got banned for 30 days! Please tell me what did I do wrong?

Maybe its a glitch..I'll tag some staff members to help you.And again...maybe its a bug or glitch..some players having a bad time bcuz of that.
