When I tried to log on to broken lens today day it said I was temporarily banned. At first I didn’t know why but after reading though a couple of threads I think I have been banned because I was cross teaming. I don’t really know what’s that means, but I think it means teaming with a friend in real life. So I’ve come to apologise. I won’t do it again and I’ll try to be on my beat behaviour from now on. Thank you for your time.

It means that you team when it's against the rules (basically you team with other people: example you're on green and you team with yellow, you are already in a team (or solo whichever you prefer) and then decided to team when it's banable)

Yeah I am I just wanted to clear things up a bit and know if the reason I think got banned was right.
