Even though hes lagging pretty hard, there were some questionable hits. Also wouldn't the lag kick him out of the server?

I am sorry but this is not enough evidence.
Both users are lagging too much to say that he has kill aura.
But he got banned for another reason

And nope you don’t get kicked when you are lagging
Just when you lose the connection.
