Humiliating and Making Players Quit andddd Bad Language

Well Since a few days my friend who is a regular player in bl has not been coming on and I asked her why and she said Cause this guy bullies her and she doesn’t wanna get bullied or humiliated cause that just makes her feel useless and she says she will quit bl due to that....

I just don’t want her to quit and I wanna get that person punished for his mistakes..
He calls my friends the b word and random stuff in Japanese that are actully rude, he also says the f word to her.
