The watcher kicks people he suspects is hacking, although he only bans if he’s 100% sure.

I think it just depends if he’s certain they’re using hacks or not.

Just a theory, but if you fall and travel a certain distance, watcher might think you're attempting to fly
I made this assumption by thinking back at the times when I got kicked by the watcher
