Tracing is one thing, stealing is another. Tracing is alright, as long as you credit the original artist and do not claim it as yours. Tracing is good practice for line work so they look straighter and less scraggly.

The picture is not bad at all! You just need to fill in those annoying white spots between the lines and coloring. Then you can add a little shading and it will look much better.

I didn't steal it. I copy it, and i am not perfect to be good at art. I suck at it i tried and it's kinda rude to me if you say it's terrible. I tried, i copy this art because i am practicing to be good at art. Then if you are good then okay, no need to tell someone who suck at art that he did a terrible job in making this.
