I am just really confused how thr staff members can enter their pet inside the Waiting lobby, maybe at the game too. I am just really confused how. Is there any way to enter your pet inside the Waiting lobby or In-Game? If there is can anyone tell how. Thanks!

staff pets just roam around da server.

players pets cant do that

In reality they're intentionally programmed to roam around the server
They're like NPC's like "Mr. BigNose" and "The Watcher"
They serve zero purpose and really just for show so don't mind
