What's the Description of the Kit?

Description is armor and a FlameThrower power. I actually don't know how to use the power. Either a button or an item. I guess that's what flint'n'steel's there for.
After all, you can't light a fire with it unless you have the Pyro Perk / Kit.

I'm sorry for the Late Reply. But I think that's the Flamethrower that allows players to be set on Fire. And also the player is immune to Fire whoever has the kit equipped.
