So, I watch YouTubevideos and I was watching stampylnghead in this video:

I mean how? How can the ocean monument are under the village in the middle of the savannah biome?
 
TBH, a lot of Stampy's videos are fake ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
His lovely world encounters with HitTheTarget and other things are fake, so I wouldn't be surprised if he faked this too.

-1464027696 is the seed of my world gl finding the monument XD its under a mountain... quite a ways from the spawn.....I'll see if i can get the coordinates....

Okay so i went and copied the seed onto a new world, a creative cause i didn't want to fly around on my survival world and i went and looked where i thought it should be for like 15 mins then i got on my survival world (the same seed) and went where i thought it should be and it was there so the seed isn't working idk why buuut here are the screen shots ..... the first one is on the creative world showing where it should be and second is showing where it is on my survival....rest are just getting closer.....

ive had seeds like that, its like a glitch or something. First time i used Terraria as a seed it had a weird cave that isnt there anymore

That's really cool though,its like you don't need to find an ocean. You just need to find a certain place where it should be there.

There are probably some error codes in Minecraft: Pocket Edition that create a mixed biome/area/structure. I'm assuming that there is a chance you might found a mixed biome/area/structure like an ocean temple under another structures, biomes when creating a world with random seeds.
