How was I banned automatically?

So, here's the story. Today, I was just playing on OITC and when I was playing a round of the game, a few minutes later... I got banned. Just so you know, I am not a hacker nor a cheater.
I understand that there is warning points but the console thought I was hacking or cheating, etc.
Also, I have no sort of hack app (like Blocklauncher or MCPE Master) and I always have good fast speed connection and I use an Ipad Air 2. I hope a staff member sees this and Thank You

I think it's time to do what should've been done a while ago. This guy has been hacking, spamming, and saying mean things in the forums for too long. I think it's time for him to say goodbye to the forums

I think he might've been lying about his brother hacking. I think he tried his best to ignore the answer. And I don't think you can delete an account on the forums, so I wonder why you can't tag him
