u can put it as a skin using the Novaskin wallpapers
but u cant use it as a skin

example:
im choose this pic to use as a skin (on NovaSkin wallpapers)


and it shows as this:


so u can use it as a skin on nova wallpapers but to use as an actual skin is impossible
