How to sign into shop (error)

when i try to sign into the shop with the same account i use from the forums it does not work it says incorrect password but i'm 100 percent sure it's correct could someone please help me thanks.
 
I think it is Brokenlens IGN and Password

Hello,
If you talking about the online shop, I think you need a PayPal Account to login. If you already have a PayPal Account, try input your PayPal username or email address and your password on the blank field provided, after that, it should be signed in :)
