Hello BrokenLens Forums! I have seen many reports on "Hacker in HG Please Help" and "What Happened" And Also "I was Banned For No reason!!!!" . So i decided to make this thread to help with people that have to Report something SCREENSHOTS & TAGS ARE REQUIRED!!!!
A Bug- Format > Example
Server > HG
Time & Timezone > 2:34 (Pacific Time)
Date > April 2nd
Bug Report > I was playing HG and you can destroy glass by tapping it! Plz Help!
Screenshot > Attachment 27162
A Hacker- Format > Example
IGN > HackerPro_246
Date > July 10th
Time & Timezone > 1:23 PM (Pacific Time)
Server > SkyWars
Hack Report > He had full diamond armor and he was flying in mid-air
Screenshot > Attachment 192030
Ban Appeals- Format > Example
IGN > MineCraftKills
Server > TheBestBuilder
Date > October 17th
Time & Timezone > 3:37 (Pacific Time)
Banned Before > No/Yes Once By Laura_Aria
Is Someone Else Using Your WiFi > Yes/No
Who Banned By > Idk it didnt tell me...
Appeal > I was playing SkyWars, i had full Diamond Armor and a Iron Axe, and people banned me probably bc they thought i was in creative :/
Also You Need Tags, Screenshots, and adding in to Hack Report a Punishment is optional. To View a List Of Punishments Click the Spoiler At The Bottom
Tags-
For Tags, I would only use Staff Tags unless you know someone who is your friend and can help you with a Ban Appeal. To See a List Of Staff Click The Spoiler At The Bottom. And also to tag someone to get their attention use @ before his/her name!
For Example: @vertx
Screenshots-
For Screenshots, Whaterver Device you are on, Ios, Tablet, Fomputer etc. You need to know how to take a Screenshot. If there isnt a Screenshot for a bug, we dont care. If there isnt a screenshot for a Hack Report We Cant Ban Him/Her. To load a screenshot you have, Push "Upload A File" In the bottom of the screen. Then tap on the screenshot you want. Then it will show! BUT IT CANT BE BIGGER THAN 8 MB
