HOW TO REPORT A BUG

In this thread, you learn how to effectively report a bug so it can be dealt with.

Why should I report bugs?
It is important to report bugs you find on the server so they can be fixed quickly and effectively, improving the server and making it better for everyone. It is even more helpful if you use a clear, concise format and include required information.

What do I do if I see a bug?
If you see a bug, it is a very good idea to take a screenshot, or record a video, depending on the bug. If it is something that can be depicted in a screenshot,

- How do I can take a screenshot or record a video?
if you are using MCPE, and Android 4.4+, hold both power-up and down buttons, and here you go, the image will be stored under sdcard/pictures/screenshots.
if you want to record a video, find on playstore any app for that, like "AZ Screen Recorder".
for other plataforms and mcpe versions, i don't know, post bellow if you know. You can then upload the video to YouTube as " Non Listed"

Reporting the Bug
To actually report the bug, you will need to create a topic in the Bug Reports section (This Section). Be sure to be clear and concise whilst explaining the bug, and make sure to include detail and any other info. Of course, also include your screenshot or video.

An example of a good bug report is as follows:

Bug Description
In SkyWars, When a user become spectator, they aren't receiving clock and compass for teleporting to hub or to another players

OneInTheChamber, I think Block Party, and pretty much every server I use in correlation to Broken Lens.

I have collected 300+ coins in OneInTheChamber and Block Party combined, but when I use command /mystats, it says I have 5 coins. I don't understand. The experience points add up like they're supposed to, It's just the coins that have produced a problem.

Go to QuakeCraft and join a game. It will release you from the coin curse

Hi, I'm xteax (that's my new minecraft name). I have one problem. A big problem. I saw that broken lens was upgraded to version 0.15.0 so I installed that version of minecraft. Since that every time I want to play on some of broken lens servers I tap on it and whichever I pick it never say building terrain or something else. It seems to my like the server is ofline, but I know it's always online, so please help me. I'm really fun of broken lens and I don't want to play something else. Thanks for reading this big text.

This bug (for some people) for example if you try to get to the middle and place a block to get there then put a second block the first one disappears then sometimes the last block disappears then you die it's weird????
