How to proceed with this player?

There is this player that doesn't know how to lose.

Everytime I kill this player, starts calling me noob, but I let it pass and never reported it, just ignored it.

Now, told one of my teams to killed me and menace me to get me banned (because "fake" hacking)

Please do something with this player, as said I just ignored this player but now is the time to someone putting the player on place, more when is menacing with banned you.
