Hello everyone I know 2020 is a terrible year for many people and I bet some of y’all are either experiencing some changes and some of these changes are negative to you and maybe to others. So here’s a way to get through your tough times and make things right.
accept your denial: I know a lot of people will deny themselves and that’s okay because we have our own limits as well as our desires but one thing for sure is that you are not worthless nor useless, you were all born to have purpose but you must know your limits and understand what you can’t do and do what you can do. So like I said you must accept that you may or may not be who you really are.
Use on what you have left: now a lot of people will lose things that they cherish so much but remember, the stuff you cherish may not last forever. So I am assuming that some of you may have lost someone you love either they moved away, passed away or y’all are not friends anymore. If you are pessimistic I will assume that you’ll focus most on what you have lost but what I am about to tell you is that if you worry more about what you have lost then your making life harder so focus on what you have left and use it.
Make some small goals and become faithful in yourself: let’s say your living in your “own hell” and all you want is for that “hell” to end, well I hate to break it to you but that goal is way too big so start making relevant, easy to achieve goals or as our school would say S.M.A.R.T goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, timely ). And the most important thing to achieve your goals is to have faith in yourself as well as having common sense, and taking risks.
Now these are just the 3 things I have put out and if you want some advices from me you could freely strike up a convo and I’ll reply ASAP
