Since not many iOS users know how to do this, I say why not make a thread about it? :p
This is a guide on how to create world download links for your Minecraft PE worlds.

Programs/Apps:
iExplorer.
This is a program that only supports PC/Windows and Mac.
*Used for both files.

Dropbox / Mediafire
This is a file sharing and storage service available to all platforms.
*Used for both files.

Documents (by Readdle).
Available to only iOS devices.
*Used for .mcworld files

Creating a .zip file:
Connect your device to your computer and load up iExplorer. Continue in demo mode.
apps > Minecraft PE > games > com.mojang > mcworlds
Continuously click each folder, looking at the levelname.txt for your world.
Drag and drop the world's folder onto your desktop and compress it into a .zip file.
Rename it if you'd like, then upload the .zip file into Dropbox / Mediafire.

1. Connect your device to your computer using your USB cable. Trust your computer.
2. Open up iExplorer and continue into demo mode.
3. Go into apps.
4. Go into Minecraft PE and go into games.
5. Go into com.mojang
6. Go into mcworlds.
7. Your worlds will be in jumbles of letters and numbers. Click on each and every individual folder. Click on their levelname.txt to see what the world's real name is. Continue until you find the proper world you want to upload.
8. Drag and drop the world's folder onto your desktop.
9. Compress the file into a .zip file (how to do so varies on computer)
10. Open up Dropbox / Mediafire and upload the world's .zip file there.

Creating a .mcworld file:

*Needs the .zip file in order to work
*Still uses a computer

1. Transfer your .zip to your iOS device.
Send an e-mail to yourself of the download link from Dropbox or Mediafire. Then open the download link and download it. Click "Open in Documents."
If the button does not show up, click "More..." and "Copy to Documents"
2. Open the zip file by tapping it. This will create a new folder.
3. Go inside the folder and select everything inside it.
4. Compress everything you selected into a new .zip file. This will create an Archive.zip
5. Rename the file: <name of your map>.mcworld
6. Send the file to yourself again through e-email to transfer the .mcworld into Dropbox or Mediafire.

Now all you have to do (with either .zip or .mcworld) is to upload your map! :p
Hopefully I've done some good and perhaps made iOS users gain some knowledge about this topic since it isn't talked about quite often.

I'm not sure how to access demo mode, or what that is. Could you please explain?

Do you have to have iexplorer, since it is 5 dollars and I’m not allowed to spend money
