How to get ranks

The ranks aren't free. I'm sorry.

But if you want a staff rank, then please apply for staff at apply.brlns.net
And after you've finished applying for staff, report hackers and rulebreakers here on the forums and help out here. Once the admins and staff think you deserve to be a staff member, you'll get your staff rank.

You start as a HELPER and work your way up.

And to be a notable member, I believe you need atleast 160 messages here on forums.
