How to breathe

There is an Flap between you’re lungs to Automatically breath, you’re body immediately goes into a panic state in this case forcing you’re Heart flap, And lungs To start pushing air.

if you are suffocating your lungs are unable to do this, as It is too much pressure, or panic. Suffocating leads to panic s it’s hard to breath. Or you are being choked but either way you can not die from HOLDING your breath
I suggest you not try it though. It may take up to hours to wake up or you have a sickness, or sensitive lung
