Nice thread! But my request is to lock this thread, since you don't have to permission to create a thread in order to become a staff member, only staff members can. Also, how did you find out these requirements? Anyway, welcome to the forums!
If you want to know how to become part of the staff team of brokenlens, you should be helpful, friendly, and active both on the forums and on the servers. And yes, you should be able to report players/hackers by creating a thread for the player reports in the "Player Reports" section only with proof as the screenshot.
