If you wanna be staff, you need to be active on server and forums, be friendly too and help report hacker. But you can' ask for staff!! Vertx choose the staff !!

Be helpful as well, you can't just say "I want staff," and now you've lowered your chances anyway because you can't ask for staff, otherwise it lowers your chances of getting it.
