How to be staff (Most of the time it works 100% of the time)

Honestly, there are a lot of things we are not told. For example, the REAL process of choosing a staff member.
And there needs to be improvements. A staff member should be chosen by their personality and the way they talk and behave with others, not by how many players they report or how many players they help. This community is toxic because everyone wants to become a staff member, so when someone helps someone, the third person feels jealous and calls them a tryhard. Literally. Why can't you just enjoy being a player? Only a handful of people ACTUALLY are responsible and mature here.

Which is why us staff members know the difference between someone who is a “tryhard” (so much to the point they become completely fake) and someone who helps and reports because that's who they are, they're a good person with a good personality.

So the people you're describing aren't who come to mind when we think of the next staff member. Infact, most of you guys don't realise it but most of those people don't even have any good chances of becoming staff.
