Trial / Trainee Requirements
The
TRIAL [Trainee] rank is aModerator in training. with this rank you are seen as in training and will have limited commands such as /tempban for a period of up to 30 days and /mute for up to 7 days. All Trainee ranked players will be monitored by higher members of the staff team to see if they are doing a good job. If the player is seen as doing a good job the decision will be up to vertx to promote the user to
MOD rank.
Along with the rank you would also receive the Sectional Moderator tag on the forums allowing you to moderate on the forums as well. You will have limited forum commands eg edit posts, unapproved posts, lock threads, move threads etc.
All trainee's are chosen by vertx and must fall under the criteria below is interested on becoming a part of the staff team.
Helpful:
The trainee must be helpful and ready to answer any questions that a player may have. If there is a HELPER online they must continue to moderate the server. If anyone requires your attention to spectate a user it is your job to make sure that the user you are spectating is not hacking.
Eager:
The trainee must be ready to take any action needed even if they are friends with that user who they need to punish. They must be active on the server and the forums for at least 1-2 hours a day.
Mature:
The trainee must not ban users without a suitable reason for example banning a friend just for fun. If the trainee does ban or mute userswithout a suitable explanation they risk being taken off the staff team and being demoted back to player. The trainee must not use foul language or offensive language towards other players on the server or on the forums.
Friendly:
The trainee must be friendly with all users. If a user is having issues and is over reacting try to calm them down and chat to them in a friendly manner.
