You can apply at apply.brlns.net , fill out all the information below , you don’t get an answer if you have been accepted or not , you just simply join the server and check if you gained the role.

why wouldn't you ban rule-breakers if there is enough evidence to support that they are breaking the rules?

^^^It also takes awhile before your application is seen by admins. I wouldn't consider rushing the wait process.
