How to be a Helper?. Pls help me.

You can apply for helper in the Apply sub-menu on the top of the page which will redirect you to an application form that you can fill out.

To summarize what the link mentions, It mentions that you should list your time-zone and username, what you have done to help out the community, Some personal details informing the other staff members about yourself, as well as why specifically you would like to join the team. I would also highly recommend being honest within your application.
Usually staff applications re-open every other weekend so I would say it would be a little less than two weeks until they re-open again as they were open last weekend.
