Please don't reply on old threads. Try making a thread on Support so staff and others can help you with your problem.

If your problem is about the application, well you need to have an account on the server, then make sure that both of the username and the password of your account is the one that you'll write on your application so it will be valid.

The password you'll put is your server password, make sure your username is the user that you use in the server.
