How to apply a custom capes in Minecraft pe (NO PC) (MOBILE ONLY) (AND NO APK EDITOR)

yeah u heard the title i just wanna find how to apply a custom cape in minecraft mobile only
in yt, and i only se 2020 tutorial its annyoing i cant find it

I know how to make custom capes without apk editor but, You'll be needing toolbox which why I stopped using custom capes 'cause, Even if you use it for optifine you know you're gonna press that killaura button, But. Here's a working tutorial but, It needs a apk editor.

And does when u make the world you have chnaged it too external? Does you make a world with application storage ?

If you have application on, And you check the minecraft thingy folder, The worlds you created wouldn't appear.

And if you delete Minecraft and the storage Is application mode they Will disappear forever, but if you change it into external storage it Will saved on ur external memory, and the world Will saved forever
