How many time?

How many time the Staff Members pass to be another rank? Because: Helper > Trial > Mod > Admin. When a Helper became a Trial? And etc. Like @SenpaiBakaa it's a Helper a lot of time and still isn't a Trial

It depends if the staff member deserves a promotion, and if vertx wants to give him/her the promotion

There’s not really a set time you have to be a certain rank to get promoted, it just happens whenever the person deserves it. Typical from what I’ve seen, promotions don’t happen for several months- it takes time.
