How long can you run?

I wasn't able to run before when I run I get tired very fast, but now I'm able to run fast for 15 mins and up like 20, 30 but I run slow because running fast for a long time gets me tired

I'm a sprinter, not a distance runner; I can do fast speeds but only for a minute or two

Four miles. I have no idea when it comes to time, it depends fully on my speed xD


I've also done and eight minute mile on a steep hill, yes, I don't know why I chose that.

i can run about 4 miles in about 16 minutes
my neighborhood has a walking trail thats like 10 miles long,me and my mom used to go on it alot

That's a 4:00/mile pace for four miles straight. Are you sure you've done it in 16 minutes? :confused:

Uh I ran a mile in like 12 minutes once I think? It was like two years ago so I don’t remember the exact number :thinking-face:
