How i got banned using wifi????

Hi im Nexon_Gaming617. How i got banned using wifi?. But i still can joined BrokenLens using data. But how i got banned?. I didnt hack or something. I joined BrokenLens at 10.50 AM and then i post to forum there were 2 girls were inappropriate skin. And then i want to play BL i got ban using wifi. When i changed to Mobile Data i can joined BL. But i need to know the reason how i got ban 83 Days and theres no proof that im hacking. Please...

I can still joined if im using mobile data but Please BrokenLens.... How i got banned if im using wifi in Player Reports theres no Nexon_Gaming617 and im not a hacker or something but please tell me the reason. Sometimes i play BL using wifi

Staff dont hide something. They are just asking if theres a family member whos playing mcpe with their wifi. They are just helping the player
