how does /report work?

So if theres a hacker in your game,and there isnt staff online , you do /report right? mostly (for me) the hackers get kicked,but how?? can someone explain this to me?

i think when we report hacker the Watcher can assessment FLy hack-Jump-Boost & ....But the Staffs can Spectator and Help u​

Mostly sure how that works.

*Watcher will try to auto detect hacks.

* You do /report on a user.

* If a mod/Staff is on, they will spectate ingame, if they can prove that they are, they get banned, either silently, or ban-hammer / some ban event.
