this is mine (i always you my thumbs, never other fingers.):

I use my thumb and index fingers.
I use my index finger on my left hand to hold the arrow button things, and my thumb to jump, an I use the index finger of my right hand to turn around or hit or break stuff. And if I'm flying I use my right thumb to go up and down

Jump/Go up/go down - right thumb
Fighting (sword) - right index
Fighting (bow) - right thumb
Place blocks/delete blocks - right thumb
Camera - left and right index, right thumb

I use my left thumb to walk, right index finger to look around and hit stuff and right thumb for jumping and flying

it depends on your setup,i used to use keyboard and mouse,now i use gamepad,so i cant help you,sorry,just make it convenient for you

I only use two thumbs that's it ._.

My crouch button is on the right side of the screen so I just slide up and down to sprint-jump (on the left side of the screen) and slide my right thumb around the screen AND tap while pvping
