How do you post a map? Can i add a texture pack? (Just in case i want to)

Hello Builders! I just want to know on how do you submit a map. Can you tell me how in the comments? and also can i add a texture pack?

Make a download link then post that in the Map Submissions section along with a few pictures.

Not sure about a texture pack, but i'd say no? a lot of people probably prefer to use their own packs
