How do you get in the main server?? Why isn't it letting me in?

I had types in your main server IP and the right port. It shows that it is online, but it fails to connect. Can you try to fix this, or tell me how to get in?? By the way, your Block Hunt server hasn't let me in some game because it was still loading. I waited for a while, and it was still loading. Thank you!!
