HOW DO YOU GET CAPES??

Download it, and then download ES file explorer, now go to downloads and find the Capes.zip long press it and then press the button 'Extract' den you copy the extracted file, now press back not home lmao. And go to games press com.mojang and then press skinpacks, and paste it.
(TIP: Btw press the extracted file, and replace both of the skin and cape, now download a cape on google, it should be 64 by 32, then go to ES file explorer again, now press download. Copy the cape, go to the custom capes file again, delete the old cape, paste your new cape. Long press that and press rename. Rename it to cape.png, and for the skin you delete the old skin.png again, and copy your skin then paste it and rename it to skin.png).

Btw, you could download Pixly and edit your cape there. Just open the downloaded cape and start editing.
Just to know, capes doesn't work on your worlds. :

When it doesn't work theres supposed to be a skin file "skins.json" fill out the things
