How do you become a Trial or an Admin?

A trial told me to do this so yeah. So how do you become a trial and stuff. I was just wondering if it is like a form I have to fill out or other stuff. If it is possible can someone get back at me that would be great. Thank.
 
To be trial or Moderator,you have to be helpful and active on this forum by answering threads and questions,and if one of the people who choose the staff I believe see you're right for the job,you get it.There is no form to fill out whatsoever,and remember to stay active here,and on server too. Remember it also could take even a year for you too be selected,or you might never be selected.Also,do not ask for the job or else it gives you %0 chance,but at the end if you do turn out right the for the job,It's a %5 chance. xD You also have to go through trial,then Mod.Becoming Admin is very rare,but maybe if you do be responsible enough, after moderator/mod.

Tbh,you have such a great chance of getting a staff rank,you're very helpful and kind to others,wich is what makes you great,and I'm sure lots of people here trust you. :)

You need to be active and helpful on forums , but you cannot ask to be a Mod or Trial , you need to earn it , if you ask it gives you a 0% of getting it so yeah. :)

Guys I play team sky wars a lot but I never see any staff on we should have more staff there because there is so much hackers.

The staffs are disguised and @LeonaPlayz is usually the one who goes on SkyWars .

True,but staff can't always be around,they all have school you know,and they're usually busy having a social life or here on forums...Edw, Leona,Plush,and Lia are always on server actually.

Oh that's why I never seen an actual staff member in game, but still skywars had wayyy to much hackers.

As Snowy said,Leona is usually disguised in TSW or SW,and Plush is Always in disguise with another name and skin,if not he just usually removes his tag.Lia,she always has her tag off,but sometimes she may be in disguise,busy playing OITC and TBB games,and edw never takes his tag off,or goes it disguise,he just usually spectates an OITC game or run around any game Lobby.

Yes Beacuse in servers there can be a lot of hackers in game not making fair for players have opportunitys to play again tbh
