I have reported a person before and they have said there was not enough proof and locked it. :( So i made another rereport showing the full length video this time but i think it has gotten ignored since there are many other reports being replied to and mine, i feel, has been cast aside, although i had tagged some staff.
So are reports only a one time thing? you may only report a person once? And if you cannot provide enough evidence that one single time any other time to prove more evidence it is null? :(
I feel very conflicted about this,
please tag whomever is most knowledgable so i know how to properly provide evidence! :D And please be very detailed so I can understand better! Thank you!

You can report a person as many times as you like. Within reason and given you have enough evidence.

Basically, when a report is deemed to have "not enough proof" that means a staff member doesn't have enough information from the evidence to place a mute/ban on someone.

For example, two people are teaming on Skywars and you were to take only one screenshot, that usually would be not enough proof since maybe after you were to take that screenshot, "the teamers" would fight.

Or if there was a fly hacker in the distance and you took a screenshot, staff may not be able to see the username clearly and that isn't enough proof.

What is deemed "enough proof" is that staff are able to see the username(s) clearly and staff are clearly able to see and tell what rule is being broken.

Hopefully, that cleared up the confusion... :p
