it says You can not play this through Xbox live the way u set it up. What does that mean I need to do

See if you can go to "Xbox Privacy" or "Privacy Settings", and change the permissions so that you are allowed to play multiplayer MCPE. Or if one of your parents has a Microsoft/Xbox account, they may need to sign in to their account and change your privacy settings from there.
