How do I get on an alt

i want to get on an alt of mine named fhlow but I don’t know how to plz help( is this also considered ban evasion) it’s an alt I had for a while

Ok I just needed to know and also my OLD account fhlowers can’t be accessed anymore due to the older password not being able to be put in(too short) what can I do about that I would love to be able to get back on my old account And see my old friends(or ya know stufff)

I had this account LONGGGGGG ago before the longer password rule was enabled and I loved that account with all my life
