How do I get a cape?

so I'm on pocket edition, and i've seen people wearing pancake capes and I want one, but i can't figure out how to get one.

For the pancape you can just easily update to the beta version! and then check your capes area enable the cape, then get out of the beta! You should have it on your skin

this one is for 1.16 there are many capes with custom skin and slim arm havent tried it on servers yet

i have a samsung and idk how to backup my worlds and texture packs
